From A14 towards Felixstowe leave A14 at junction 58 left onto A12. Take left turn at next roundabout towards Foxhall Stadium, turn right at second crossroads (Bell Lane) and travel into village, Twelve Acre Approach is 0.5km on the right.
Coming through Ipswich - follow road signs to Woodbridge (A1214), continue along Kesgrave Main Road (A1214) turning right into Bell Lane at traffic lights.
OR follow road signs to Felixstowe going straight on at the traffic lights at back of Suffolk College (up Bishops Hill), continue on Felixstowe Road over railway bridge and turn left at the roundabout onto Bixley Road. When you reach the next roundabout, turn right onto Foxhall Road. Continue along Foxhall Road out of town towards Foxhall Stadium. Turn left into Bell Lane after Foxhall Stadium.
From the north
Travelling from north of Ipswich on A12: travel south on A12 towards Ipswich, at the Five Arms roundabout, take the third exit towards Ipswich and travel along Main Road Kesgrave. Travel straight on at the two roundabouts and at the traffic lights turn left into Bell Lane. Take 2nd left into 12 Acre Approach.
